1. What information will I need to pay my bill?
- Your account number (located on your renewal form)
- Your credit card number including the security code on the back of the card.
2. Is there a convenience fee?
Yes, Tyler Payments charges a fee to use their service. The fee covers payment handling and processing charges. A 2.95% processing fee per transaction charge is added to all Credit Card Payments, (a $2.50 minimum) for Occupational Tax payments.
Example:
$75.00 total will have a $2.50 convenience fee
$150 total will have $4.43 convenience fee, etc.
3. Does Fayette County Finance receive any part of the convenience fee?
Fayette County Finance Department does not receive any portion of the convenience fee. Tyler Payments is an independent company providing a service for Fayette County.
