Vendor Registration

When the county plans to procure a product or service, the Purchasing Department will send email notification to companies that have registered with the Georgia Procurement System. If you wish to register your company to receive our notifications, you may do so through the following steps:

  • Go to the DOAS website page for Suppliers by using the link https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/supplier-services.
  • In the Areas of Focus section of that page, select the box labeled “Getting Started as a Supplier.”
  • In the first paragraph of that page, select the “Team Georgia Marketplace” link. (Please note that there is also the link “Online Training Opportunities” if you wish to use it.)
  • On the Team Georgia Marketplace page, select the “User Registration” box.
  • On the User Registration page, you will see step-by-step instructions on registering.
