ROAD DEPARTMENT
ROAD CLOSURES
• Please be advised that beginning on or after March 6, 2026, a portion of Cross Creek Trail will be reduced to single lane traffic from 215 Stoneridge Way to 115 Cross Creek Trail for a 2017 SPLOST stormwater replacement project.  The road is scheduled to be fully open by August 28, 2026, weather permitting.

The project location is at or near the property line of 215 Stoneridge Way and 115 Cross Creek Trail in Fayette County and consists of removing the existing deteriorating quadruple 72-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culverts conveying a creek below Cross Creek Trail and replacing with a double 9-foot by 9-foot reinforced concrete box culvert.
Fayette County apologizes for any inconvenience this project may cause, but the work is necessary for the safety of the citizens and preservation of the County’s infrastructure.  If you have any questions, please contact 770-305-5410 or email SPLOST@fayettecountyga.gov

You can also visit the SPLOST website https://fayettecountyga.gov/splost-2017/ for specific project information.
