The road and shoulder washed out around the 60” metal pipe during the December 2015 flood event. There is no headwall on this pipe and signs of rusting and pipe damage are visible. The project will address capacity problems during pipe replacement. *Budget changes reflect action by the Board of Commissioners.
Latest Update:
Graves Road was open to all traffic on Friday 9/20/2019. Remedial safety improvements and slope stability will be complete this month.
