A minor revision to a recorded final plat includes the combination of lots, minor shifts to lot lines, corrections of errors and/or establishment or modification of an easement that does not increase the number of lots, change the use on a lot, alter the road or utility layout, or change the outer boundary of the final plat.

Signs
Sign applications must be filed with the county planning and zoning office during normal business hours and shall include the following to be considered by the zoning administrator:
- Sign Permit Application
- If the applicant is not the owner of the property, a signed, notarized authorization by the property owner must be included with the application.
- Assigned Contractor Form
- A description of the type of sign to be erected which shall include a schematic drawing of the sign indicating overall dimensions (height width, square footage shape, and number of faces).
- Site plan indicating location on property. Site plan should be on a survey and must include distance to each property line. Signs are not permitted inside right-of-way.
