The County Clerk shall be the officer to coordinate and perform all responsibilities required under state law in the management of the public records for the county. All open records under the Board of Commissioners, should be directed to the clerk’s office. All public records shall be open for inspection by any person that requests access and a notification of the details per the request and any costs associated will be provided within three (3) business days upon receipt of the request
