This project is complete. Antebellum Way is a one-way in and out street. Excessive pipe damage, due to December 2015 flood event severely impaired stream flow and caused upstream flooding. Double 84" metal pipes are bent, restricting flow and are washing out around the inlets. *Budget changes reflect action by the Board of Commissioners.
