This is a culvert replacement project on a Dogwood Trail over Flat Creek. The two existing 120-inch corrugated metal pipes have failed and show signs of possible collapse. The proposed system is a 48-ft by 14-ft concrete bottomless arch culvert, which will be the largest culvert in the unincorporated County. *Indicates changes approved by Board of Commissioners
