This is a culvert replacement project on Kenwood Road near Creekwood Court. A 96-inch corrugated metal pipe is severely rusted on both ends and is currently failing. In 2018 the north edge section of pavement cracked resulting in the shoulder sloughing. A temporary repair to the pipe was completed while design of a permanent replacement structure was being completed. *Indicates changes approved by Board of Commissioners
Latest Update:
Kenwood Road is now open to all traffic. The construction of a double 8-ft X 8-ft concrete box culvert is complete. Expect periodic lane closures with minor delays while final tasks are being completed over the next few weeks.
