This form is intended to allow residents to request street light repairs within existing Streetlight Districts in unincorporated Fayette County.

Some subdivisions in unincorporated Fayette County do receive street light services through the HOA or CA, but are not in a Streetlight District.
Outages in Fayetteville, Tyrone and/or Peachtree City should be reported to the appropriate jurisdiction.
