Fayette County Parks are open from sunrise to sunset.
FROM JONESBORO:From Hwy 19 & 41, travel East on GA-54 toward Peachtree City & GA-85/GA-92/GLYNN ST. Turn left at stop light and continue on GA-85. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto BEAUREGARD BLVD where it becomes REDWINE RD. Kiwanis Park will be two miles on the left and there are two entrances into the park.
FROM PEACHTREE CITY:From Peachtree City travel East on GA-54 to Fayetteville to the stop light on GA-85. Turn right onto GA-85 and continue to the next street. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto BEAUREGARD BLVD where it will become REDWINE RD. Kiwanis Park will be two miles on the left and you will have two entrances into the park.
FROM RIVERDALE:From GA-85 in Riverdale travel approximately 15 miles to past the courthouse in the center of Fayetteville. After you past the courthouse on the left, make SLIGHT RIGHT onto BEAUREGARD BLVD. It will become REDWINE RD. Kiwanis Park will be two miles on the left and you will have two entrances into park.
The Fayette County Parks & Recreation Department has picnic facilities at Brooks, Kenwood, Kiwanis, McCurry, Lake Horton, and Lake McIntosh Parks which may be reserved based on availability. Any group, organization or individual must complete a contract for rental, sign a clean-up procedure form, and pay usage fees according to the county in which they live. Reservations are taken on a "first-come, first served" basis and may only be reserved once every six weeks in advance of the event. Reservations must be made in person Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Parks and Recreation Administration Office. Reservations for the weekend must be made by noon on Thursday of that week. Proof of residency will be required! Reservation time should include setup time and cleanup time.

All vehicles with a Non-Fayette County tag must display an annual pass for admission to Lake Horton, Lake McIntosh, and Lake Kedron. The annual pass fee is $300.00 per vehicle.
Refunds for the reservation fee will not be given; however, if your event is canceled due to inclement weather, the Parks & Recreation Department will reschedule your event based on availability.
