New Construction and Remodel Fire Marshal Plan Reviews
- 80%, 100% and first follow-up inspection will be allowed under the construction permit with no additional charge.
- A second follow-up inspection will require a $25.00 re-inspection fee, paid in advance.
- A third and any subsequent follow-up inspection will require a $50.00 re-inspection fee, paid in advance.

Plan Review for Fire Suppression Systems/Commercial Fire Alarm Systems
To include engineered or pre-engineered systems such as sprinkler systems, hood systems, commercial fire alarm systems and other fire protection equipment. This fee includes 80% and 100% inspections and certificate of acceptance.
