Because the library is a public place, library staff members have the authority to end an Internet session deemed inappropriate for viewing in a public setting.
Children under the age of 14 are required to access the Internet with the permission and supervision of their parents or guardians.
The library is under the jurisdiction of the Georgia Computer Systems
