April is National Poetry Month! In the teen section, you’ll find poetry vs. song lyrics trivia. Is it Shakespeare? Billie Eilish? Eminem? Olivia Rodrigo? Visit the library to test your knowledge and see what you can do!
Magnetic Poetry
Throughout the month of April (during business hours)
Visit the library and transform the teen space into a poetic canvas with magnetic poetry. Whether profound or whimsical, this program is a fun way to explore your poetic side and appreciate poetry in everyday life.
Earth Day Art Contest
Tuesday, April 1—Tuesday, April 22
Celebrate Earth Day by tapping into your creativity while exploring environmental issues. This art contest allows you to express your views on protecting the planet and advocate for a greener future.

Nintendo Switch Night at the Library
Monday, April 7 (4:30—5:30 PM)
Join us for a night of fun featuring our new Nintendo Switch! Open to ages 9+ (must have a basic understanding of how to use a switch controller).
Teen Craft Night: Fuse Beads
Tuesday, April 22 (6:00—7:30 PM)
