Interactive Display: Would You Rather...
Throughout the month of November (during business hours)
Would You Rather... spend the day reading by the fire with a warm drink OR spend the day snowboarding on the slopes? Visit the teen section of the library, grab a sticky note, and let us know!
Holiday Scavenger Hunt
Monday, December 16 — Saturday, December 28 (during business
hours)
Get ready for the scavenger hunt of the season! Explore the Young Adult section of the library and use a series of clues to take you to the end of the trail. Make it to the end and win a prize! This month’s scavenger hunt will feature Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and more.
Cooking with Teens: Sugar Cookies from Scratch
Saturday, December 7 (2:00—3:30 p.m.)
Are you interested in baking? Or eating baked goods? If so, this program is for you! Join us as we work together to make a batch (or two) of holiday sugar cookies from scratch.
Anime & Manga Club
Monday, December 9 (4:30 p.m. — 6:00 p.m.)
Experience a fun and chill community of fellow anime and manga lovers at our new Anime & Manga Club!
In this club, teens will explore various Asian cultures while inspiring and encouraging other local teens that share a similar interest.
All teens (ages 13—17) are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be provided.
Teen Craft Night: Your Year in Color
Tuesday, December 17 (6:00—7:30 p.m.)
In this program, we will be making memory jars with colorful beads representing major life events throughout the year.
