Q: Can I view my bill online?
A: The Fayette County Water System has established an informative link to customer accounts using Citizen Self Service. Registered customers may make a payment on each linked account through Paymentus Corporation, a third party bill payment service. Q: Where are the drop boxes & what time are the payments picked up?
A: The FCWS drop boxes are located at our office at 245 McDonough Road in Fayetteville, at the Administrative Complex Hwy 85 entrance in Fayetteville, at the Regions Bank on the corner of S. Peachtree Pkwy & Crosstown Road; also at the Regions bank located on Kedron Drive off of Hwy 74 N, and at the Town of Tyrone Town Hall on Senoia Road. All Drop boxes are picked up Monday-Friday at 8:00 am.

Q: If I have had service with FCWS before, why do I have to pay a service fee again?
A: Every time you set up water service, a new account is created in our billing system. The fee is an Administrative Fee which includes account set up and the trip our Field Service Technicians make on site to get a reading for your new service.

Q: How much notice do I need to give for a New Service/Termination?
A: We request at least a 24 hour notice.

Q: Can I launch my boat in the lakes?
A: Yes, only boats with an electric motor may be used; if your boat has a gas powered motor it must be raised at all times.
