Citizen Self Service allows customers to view a range of account information online, including current balance, bill charges for up to 13 months, payment and consumption history as well as submitting mailing address change and bank draft requests. Registered customers may make a payment on each linked account through Paymentus Corporation. The Fayette County Water System uses Paymentus Corporation, a third party bill payment service. Paymentus Corporation accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ACD/eCk, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, Amazon Pay. Paymentus Corporation charges a $3.35 fee for each transaction. You must register and log in to Citizen self Service to view your bill or make online payments.
