The Purchasing Department has the following Invitations for Bids and Request for Proposals (RFPs) available for interested potential bidders. The information is available in PDF * format for viewing and printing.

Bid Submission Procedures

You may submit bids through the U.S. Postal Service, courier service (e.g. UPS or FedEx), or in-person delivery. As has always been the case, we cannot accept formal bids submitted through email or fax.

Please note that your bid must be sealed when you drop it off. And as always, late bids cannot be considered.
