This project is complete. Approximately 5,700-SY of roadway within The Dix-Lee'On subdivision was exhibiting failure due to the lack of rock base between the asphalt and the dirt subgrade. Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), an in-place recycling method where all of the asphalt pavement section and a predetermined amount of underlying materials are treated to produce a stabilized base course. The advantages of this method include improvement of pavement structure, restoration of desired profile, and elimination of cracks.
