This project is substantially complete. The deteriorating 18-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) at the intersection of Mackenzie Lane and Eastin Road was replaced with an 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) with a concrete headwall. Due to supply delays, headwall installation is pending. The County is waiting to receive one concrete headwall from the vendor.
