Citizens Choose Starrs Mill as Most Photogenic Local Spot
FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga. – Starrs Mill has been named the “Most Photogenic Local Spot or Shop” at the 2026 Citizen’s Choice Awards, held on Sept. 24. Phil Malon, director of Public Works, and Vanessa Tigert, Water System director, accepted the award on behalf of Fayette County government.
The Citizen’s Choice Awards recognize local businesses, organizations and community leaders across more than 40 categories. From beloved landmarks to essential community partners, these awards highlight the people and places that help make Fayette County an exceptional community.
