E-Permits are simple permits that do not require a plan review for any Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical work associated with any of the following work classes:

Apply for E-Permits by logging into your SagesGov account, , clicking the Department of Building Safety tab, click the RES or COM E-Permit tab and follow the submission process.
