REGISTERING IN The compliance engine (TCE)

Before you start:

✅ Have your company details ready (name, address, phone, contact email)
✅ Gather any license info (company and inspector license numbers, state)

Step-by-Step Registration

1.  Go to the Registration Page

       Click Register on thecomplianceengine.com

2.  Create a Company Account

        Enter your company name, mailing address, phone number, and primary contact email.
⚠️ Don't use your browser's back or forward buttons during setup.

3.  Choose Account Type/Service Area

        Select the options that match your business services.

4.  Verify Your Email

        Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
        Follow the link to set your password (your email will be your username).

5.  Complete Your Company Profile

        Once logged in, finish setting up your account by adding:

• • Company and contractor licenses
  • Inspector names and license numbers
  • Additional users (if needed)
  • (Optional) Company logo

6.  Register Premises (if required)

        If prompted, use Register Premises to locate and claim a property.
        Enter the address exactly as shown in the system.

7.  Sign Up for Training (Recommended)

        TCE offers free weekly sessions to walk you through report submission and workflows.
        Click Training on the TCE homepage to register.

8.  Add Payment Info (if submitting paid reports)

        If your filings require payment, add a credit card under My Service Provider or Billing.
