Fayette County, GA – October 23, 2025 - Fayette County invites residents, community members, and stakeholders to attend a Public Information Open House to learn about the Master Concept Plan for the Starr’s Mill Educational Facility.
The open house will take place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, between 9:00am and 12:00pm in the Public Meeting Room at 140 Stonewall Avenue West. Guests are encouraged to drop in at any time during the event to review the displays and speak with the planners and project team members, to learn and share feedback about the long-term vision.
Fayette County is committed to thoughtful planning that reflects our community’s priorities and supports future growth. The Master Concept Plan aims to guide future improvements and development of the Starr’s Mill Educational Facility, ensuring it continues to serve the community’s educational and recreational needs. The plan includes considerations for facility upgrades, campus circulation, access improvements, and opportunities to enhance public use and support continued excellence in learning and community engagement.
